independent, experience-based Engineering and Fire Risk Surveys to achieve significant
improvements in quality of risk, thus reducing the potential for loss. As surveyors we act as a
bridge between brokers, insurers and site management (project, factory) as we also
enhance the latter’s appreciation of aspects of the policy they may have overlooked.
Engineering Surveys
Pre-risk and on-risk surveys of project/industrial sites/factories covered under the following policies – Machinery Breakdown (MB), Contractors Plant and Machinery (CPM), Erection All Risk (EAR), Contractors All Risks (CAR)
Fire Surveys
Assessment of fire risk exposure of insured properties including factories, office buildings, industrial complexes.
Our footprint extends beyond insurance and to this end, the company regularly partners with experienced professionals and entities to offer business consulting services, such as Asset Valuation. The latter is executed in conjunction with accredited entities, where PRS assists with the engineering (Plant and Machinery) aspect of the valuation exercise.
